Yoga Challenges

These past four days have been an absolute joy practicing in a challenge form and sharing that journey on Instagram. It pushed me to not be so critical of myself, to re-learn patience and humbly thank myself for my efforts in participating. With child-like view point, I played and learned a few things a long the way like a hollowback bend. Allowing my spine and lower back to strengthen and my breathe to deepen. Having my drishti (single-pointed gaze) was essential in holding my concentration. A lot of mind training!!! This applies with anything in life really. Oh the space we create within when we practice. How delightful:)

And so, I encourage you to challenge yourself too and see what you discover.  Be patient with yourself, be kind to yourself, have fun and share!
